Tim Clark formed ESCP in 2004. Mr. Clark previously worked for several private equity firms based in New York, prior to starting ESCP. Mr. Clark earned a BA from Bucknell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is chairman of co-chairman of companies in the specialty transportation, heavy haul trucking, electronic manufacturing services, and organic potting soil and amendments sectors.

David Krach has thirty years of successful business experience in sales and marketing, C-suite management, and business ownership. He spent the first twenty years of his career working in the computer software industry, including building and selling his own software development company, CTI, Inc. David has spent the last 12 years in Mergers and Acquisitions, including as a Partner at Pac-West Resources Group. David has a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.
